Refund Policy

Our refund policy explains how refunds are handled for bookings made through ECODRIVESOLUTIONS LTD. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Payments made using American Express (AMEX) may be subject to dispute if the cardholder does not provide identity verification, even if ECODRIVESOLUTIONS LTD has not requested it.

Refund amounts depend on how far in advance you cancel before your booking start date:

  • More than 60 days before start date: Full refund (100%).
  • 31–60 days before start date: 50% refund.
  • Less than 30 days: No refund for reservations over € 5,000.00
  • Less than 30 days: 25% refund for reservations under € 5,000.00

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted via our support email from the same email used to make the booking.
  • Refund amount and approval time depend on the ECODRIVESOLUTIONS LTD cancellation rules.
  • In the unlikely event that ECODRIVESOLUTIONS LTD must cancel a confimed booking due to circumastances beyond our control (e.g, property damage, double-booking, force majeure), we will offer Full refund of all payments received, or an equivalent or upgraded rental property at no additional cost. ( Subject to availability).
  • Any service fees may be non-refundable.

  • Service fees, Bank transfer costs, currency conversion fees unless the cancellation is initiated by ECODRIVESOLUTIONS LTD.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days from the date of approval using the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank, payment provider or currency exchange time-lines.

We may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis for documented emergencies, such as:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Travel restrictions
  • Unexpected closures of the booked accommodation
